1:17.9 | that his entire talk was based on an assumption, a false assumption, but on an assumption that many |
1:23.6 | Christians hold and many, in fact, most evangelical Christians hold, the one I was raised on. |
1:29.9 | And the assumption was a false assumption, but again, basically his whole talk was based |
1:36.8 | on the assumption that the foundation of our faith, what makes Christianity viable, what makes |
1:42.4 | Christianity sustainable and plausible, that the foundation of the Christian faith is a Bible |
1:48.0 | without any errors or to use the modern term and an errant Bible. That was his assumption. |
1:54.9 | So his argument went, hey, look at all these errors in the Bible and he was pointing out historical |
1:59.8 | errors and scientific errors and just some absurd things that were in the Old Testament in particular |
