Welcome back everybody. Before we get into today's show I wanted to say I did

take off last week. I thought it was really important for me and for my family to talk about what was going on and

talk about how we could help and talk about just really reflect and read and educate ourselves and learn and figure out how best to donate

and where our funds would do the most help.

It's an incredible time that we're living in and I think we can all agree

that even if you don't think you're part of the problem we all need to be a part of the solution for there to be a solution.

So having said that, I decided to not do a show last week so that important voices could be heard, people who are better, more knowledgeable than me,

more well spoken than me, and I did a lot of listening and it was very enlightening. To that and tomorrow

Justin Sylvester's coming back on the show. He's been on the show many times as a dear friend of mine. He's been at protests. He's been sort of on the forefront of Black Lives Matters movements and peaceful protesting and what's going on and I wanted to talk to him he and I've been

texting privately but I wanted to bring him on the show to educate us further and

talk to all of us and and keep the conversation going in a really positive way.
