hey guys thanks for having me yeah we're happy to have you on I just read your

recent sub stack about FTX and the trial and I mean I haven't been

following it like it hasn't been in the news I feel as much as you'd think like it's been mostly relegated to the

business tab of Google News. Right? We were talking about this yesterday like

why it's not a bigger deal. I had a take on this and mind you like you guys both know this because you guys write stuff

as well.

Sometimes like you'll write a thing and it'll be halfway decent but then like for whatever

reason you'll be like all right I'm just gonna

delete this now I wrote a whole take on how basically there's less interest in the

FDX trial I mean obviously one because there's a bigger global event happening

right now right like the conflict in Israel and Tosa.

But also, we don't have TV access.

And I feel like the Johnny Depp- Amber Heard trial

set the bar for trials that we care about.

And if you don't give us the reality TV effect

We're just not that into it that's interesting that's really true and I feel like also especially now because of how so much trial coverage gets covered and it's on like a

Tik-Tock or something that's so video focused and I mean also I guess like that really made people
