He was founder of Ligonier Ministries, first minister of preaching and teaching at Saint Andrew's Chapel, first president of Reformation Bible College, and executive editor of Tabletalk magazine.

Loyalty is such a rare commodity, but the Holy Spirit gives it as a fruit.

And one other reason is that the Spirit gives to us what mirrors God's own virtues.

Our God is a loyal God.

God has never been disloyal to any of his children.

He's never betrayed one of us at any time.

As Christians pursue righteousness and strive by the spirit of God to put to death the deeds of the flesh,

there is also fruit, fruit of the spirit that is evident in our lives. Paul lists the fruit of the spirit as

love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness,
