Fresh and Fit podcast. I know a shitload of you guys have been looking forward to us

having them on the show so we could sort of see what the cohesion is. AD went on their

podcast a couple of weeks ago or a week ago or so. How are you guys doing?

the, you know, it's slightly better than I don't know what, what other way you came here before,

My, okay, main question that I'm interested in asking that I haven't got really filled in on yet.

And by the way, this weed trend in front of you guys makes it look like you guys are rolling.

Podcast sabotage. They're podcast. They said it. Okay, so how did you guys this podcast

come together? What was the inspiration? What was the original idea? Take me through a little bit

of how this, this came to be for the audience at home who doesn't necessarily know. Man,

we're two separate beings, bro. So I was doing prank videos and also did like, um, internet

marketing and Instagram and pretty much like how to fall in from that kind of like a niche.

However, at some point, you know, with the fake pranks, it gets kind of old and it kind of boring.

So it's one time I went up my friend's podcast. He's a big YouTube channel and he's like,

bro, you did a good podcast. Let me go do a second one. Went on a second time. He said,

hey, I got a friend in and brickled downtown. You got to meet him and that was my ring.

Mm-hmm. And he sent me a DM spoke like an hour and bro, he talked about the same things.

We spent some of the same girls. Let's put it on. That's pretty much how a more

close guy's bond like, wait, you know that chicken or two or she is, oh, wait, you're a womanizer to or me to. Oh, yeah. I think that's why me and
