we record the show at noon on Wednesday, but today dealing with some

logistics about covering the Supreme Court and so forth we're doing it a day early

so we're actually recording this episode just

after 12 noon on Tuesday, February 20th. So the episode should be out this

afternoon and so just kind of making that clear so you get a sense of where we are in the news cycle.
