What are unenumerated rights?

Put simply, they are commonly held rights

not explicitly written into the text of the Constitution.

However, they may be so commonly accepted

that explicit enumeration in the Constitution isn't required.

But of course, how do you define what's commonly

accepted in a diverse democracy?
