I will come back to the personality hacker podcast. My name is Joel Mark Whitt.

And I'm Antonia Dodge. A few days ago, I read a tweet that I thought was brilliant, which

0:16.4

is kind of amazing to do because tweets only have 280 characters. And I retweeted it. It's

0:22.8

from a person's handle called Feta Shervu. And they said, the four thieves of productivity

0:29.8

are one, not saying no, two, poor brain chemistry, three tortured relationships, four environments

0:38.8

that don't support your goals. And then they say, they simply said self audit, fix one

0:44.2

thing at a time. And it was, I mean, it's just a really simple little tweet, but it sparked

1:44.0

do we make it so that these systems are running as well as they can so that we have the desired

1:48.6

in our culture productivity is the metric that we're all striving for or at least told that we're

1:55.7

supposed to be striving for. And I think that most people and you listening probably also struggle

2:03.5

with being productive and not because necessarily you're lazy or you can't actually accomplish

2:10.6

things. I think there's a lot of things going on in our lives. We all have our personal life,

2:15.8

our professional life, our relational life, whether it's dating and attraction or just friendship

2:21.1

circles. We have extra things we have to do at the time of this recording. The world's been a
