Today we celebrate the feast of the Curie of ours, St. Jean-Baptiste Marie Viané.

He, as we know, is Jean Baptiste Marie Viané.

He, as we know, is an incredibly holy priest who was dedicated to the service of his people.

He used to hear confessions up to 18 hours a day.

And he was so dedicated that he hardly had time to eat or to sleep

because he was a man who had this priestly soul, priestly zeal, to bring Christ to the people.

whenever the church celebrated the feast of the Curia of ours,

used to pray and mortify himself in a special way for priests, for all priests, whoever they are, all over the world.

And today is a good day for us to do the same, to pray for priests.

Not only so that we have many laborers for the harvest, as our Lord says himself,

to pray the Lord of the Harvest so that he could send laborers for his field,

but also to pray for the ones that have already come.
