and then we spend the rest of the day teaching you how finally to communicate

effectively which is to pay attention to what your listener does and

in a conversation, determine their major tendency, and then based on that make some

changes in how you deliver to improve the chances that you get harmony and

congruence and collaboration and not drama, conflict,

and tension.
