So the Chigopi, it's not a political party anymore, okay? It's not. We've got to stop thinking of it as a political

party in the way that we were raised to believe it is. And so much praise being thrown around

for the Republicans who stood up in the January 6th

hearings and did the right thing and told the truth.

And that's how it is.

They deserve the praise.

Just by not committing treason, they get accolades. Just by not lying in service of sedition, they get praise. That's how far what used to be the party of Lincoln has sunk. They have raised the bar on lowering the bar.

And I just want to talk about the last couple days with what used to be the party of Lincoln.

First, this weekend at the Texas Republican Convention, boy, howdy, every Republican running

for office should be asked by actual journalists to weigh in on the new

platform of the Republican Party in the great state of Texas.

We played some of their clips last week where they booed John Cornyn relentlessly

because he tried to have the most limp flaccid milk toast gun safety

deal with Democrats, which is heresy because they don't care how many children

have to be slaughtered as long as they can own the entertainment they want to own.

Well, so they put together their platform over the weekend and I'm sorry I think it's one of the most shocking things of the past three days

But there's a lot we're gonna get to their new platform states that

Joe Biden is only the acting president because he didn't win legally. Biden was not legitimately elected.

That is the official stance of the Texas Republican Party.

They also call for banning all abortions, defunding public schools, repealing the federal minimum wage.
