Welcome back to The Forging Table, the mission of Undaunted Life is equipping men to push

back darkness with content that forges spiritual, mental and physical resilience. At The Forging

Russell, that's Zach, that's Ryan guys. We're getting into Psalm 30. And the interesting

thing about Psalm 30 is that is your favorite Psalm, Ryan. And so I don't think any of the

rest of us are really going to talk for this whole thing. So if you just want to carry

the entire weight of making this Psalm good for the audience, ready to go. It's going

to take about 30 minutes. I think it's cool that I'm the only one of the original Forging

Table cast to actually do their Psalm though. I know. Well, it's because like those, we

just don't like them as much, right? And again, they're not here to defend themselves

and they're the ones that didn't make themselves completely available to the Forging Table

into our audience. So guys, if you want to know who you should root for, like who your

favorite Forging Table or is Ryan, he's the one. He's like Johnny on the spot. He was

ready to go. He was going to be flexible and present whenever he wanted to. He gets

my vote. I'm a loser who has no friends except for you. Well, there's that. There is that.

So Psalm 30 verse five. I like to say that this set of scripture or this chapter is like

kind of like peeled back the onion for me. There's many things that I've gone through

in life and done. And I've always come back to this verse. And this verse has changed

in so many ways from what it was for me at the beginning. And then as I've grown as a

Christian, what it means to me now to bring a little bit of a personal element to it.
