This is Undaunted Life, a man's podcast. I'm your host Kyle Thompson. Let's get into it.

0:25.0

Welcome back to The Forging Table. The mission of Undaunted Life is equipping men to push

0:28.4

back darkness with content that forges spiritual mental and physical resilience. So at The Forging

0:33.1

Table, you'll see a group of regular guys forging spiritual resilience by digging into

0:36.8

God's word. And we're welcoming all of you to come along on that journey with us. That's

0:40.3

Russell. That's Zach. That's Ryan. Guys, we're digging in to Psalm 22. And here's the thing

0:44.5

about Psalm 22. And this may be like a good time to just kind of tee you guys up that if

0:48.4

as long as you're not driving, because you know, you can hurt yourself. But if you're listening

0:51.3

1:15.6

the 22nd Psalm, because it's somewhat lengthy. You're like, Oh, this is, it's all there.

1:19.7

It's all right there. But I really want to go right from the beginning. So this is a

1:23.0

Psalm of David. And by the way, when it says that in the in the top where it's according

1:27.1

to the dough of the dawn, when I was reading, they were talking about like maybe the key

1:30.5

that I was being sung in or something like that. So I guess there's not like a big time

1:34.2

significance to the word dough there. But even just the very, very first verse here, guys,

1:39.4

we can camp out on verse one for the entire time. But we know we will have to move along.

1:43.4

But it's my God, my God. Why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me from

1:48.5

the words of my groaning? And so if you've been in the Christian world for any length

...
