Now, here's the thing, guys.

I know for those of you listening to this and, you know, Apple Podcast Land or Spotify Land

or watching YouTube or whatever, you didn't know this, but we just got through having a delicious meal. And so we've, we've had some

meat and some rice and some some protein balls. And, you know, we've, we've had some,

some good delicious drinks and things like that. And so it's these last two that we always like to

get after that. We kind of like, ah, maybe we bring things down a little bit. The energy isn't as high as it could be or need be. And I feel like we just need to get pumped up.

And what it makes me think of is times whenever I have seen power lifters before they get a big

lift.

So, I mean, they're wearing their suit and they've got their belt on.

And right before they get on the bar, they get some smelling salts.

And they just get a little, they just get a little puff real quick.

It gets them pumped up.

And I just so happened to still have the world strongest smelling salts in my possession.

So again, for those of you that missed out on the episodes from Times Gone By, I think that was with Dagan and Ryan Horn and I forget who else was doing that batch. When I got

these in the mail, the bottle was sealed. It was inside of the packaging, which was inside of the

mailer. And so I get my knife in my truck and I go to open it. I accidentally just puncture the

packaging under the mailer. And it was so pungent, I had to roll the windows down.

It was still sealed.

The bottle was still sealed.

But guys, for our audience and for the overall, like, sanctity of the content, I think we would be remiss if we didn't just, you know, take a little bit off of this just to try
