There's no Mark Ogden this week, which I'm sure for some of you will be welcome relief from his negative takes.

But he has left us with a quote.

He says that the new season, the 25-26 Premier League campaign

could be the most competitive title race since 92-93 season.

James, do you agree?

Where do you think he's got that from?

Well, I think it's a sort of generic, typical, you know,

Ogden point, isn't it? You can say what you want, Mal. He's not here. It has the potential to be the most competitive. Well, there, Mark. You know, whoa. Wow, edgy. I mean, yes, of course it does. Yes. I mean, I have to say on paper, you know, because a lot of the clubs have been quite active quite early,

I mean, that's, I think, created a sense of uncertainty around a lot of sides.

You know, the knock-on effect probably of that club world cup window being created is that

it sort of accelerated the market to not just the clumps, obviously, that were in it,

but also just got everything moving a bit sooner.

And I think that that's meant there are more variables among, well, all the sides, really,

but if we're talking about just the title race, you do look at the sort of six, seven teams.

I mean, I spoke to Mikhail Artetta in Asia,

and he said he felt there were as many as nine teams that could win the league.

I'm not sure there's that many.

But the fact that you've got a top manager saying that this early

sort of suggests that there is maybe a sense within the game
