And I know that you already know this because you're a beautiful

well-adjusted media literate listener of mine but don't take any of what I say too

seriously just don't the whole point of this episode is that no matter what you're looking at when it comes to this topic,

whether it is a food pyramid that the government has paid for or whether it's Tom Brady talking about nightshade vegetables. The whole point that I want to get across is

do your own research. Don't ever listen to one person, especially if that person is me. I have to be

honest. I'm so uninformed about this that I couldn't even tell you who to go to for

information. Jo Jo Jo Jo Jo Jo Jocewa, Mr Bean, my gynecologist,

like I actually don't even know.

So don't take any of what I say scientifically to fact.

Just know that this is gonna be a fun episode
