Not only is this a sign of something going on inside the intestinal tract, it’s super disruptive to every day life! show. Yeah, I think that many individuals have sensitive digestive systems and poor intestinal

health for a variety of reasons, which we're going to talk about today.

And if you have poor intestinal health, it may manifest as diarrhea or constipation.
