| 1:04.0 | So it's a lot to cover, but let's start with Michael Flynn and Sarah let's why don't you sort of fill on in on the micro sort of like the most recent revelation and then we'll put it in the larger factual context and then we'll share our thoughts. |

| 1:33.0 | And since then he has tried to withdraw his guilty plea and he has switched attorneys from coming to an emberling to Sydney Powell. |
| 1:44.0 | So on Friday Powell had this statement in the public docket the government produced to Mr Flynn stunning Brady evidence that proves Mr Flynn's allegations of having been deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the FBI. |
| 2:00.0 | The government has deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of the prosecution knowing there was no crime by Mr Flynn. |

| 2:44.0 | Both are quite common at the FBI I will say and so when I read these to you just know that we basically have no context whatsoever for what we're reading. |
| 2:55.0 | And in the notes themselves it says on April 24, 2020 the government produced among other things a partial page of redacted handwritten notes to Mr Flynn. |
| 3:06.0 | The government supplemented this production in April 29 with the full page of redacted notes. |
