Hello, hello, and welcome to episode 23 of the Flying V podcast.

I'm your host, Vincent Mercagliano, of The Athletic, and we are down to about two weeks

remaining in the, not NHL season, I should say, but at least in the Rangers season.

Obviously, the NHL will continue into the playoffs.

The Rangers have officially been eliminated.

So they are down to just seven games, folks, about two weeks left until they play their

final game in Tampa on April 15th.

So we've only got a little bit of time here to actually talk about Rangers

hockey and what we're watching for in these final seven games. And to help us do that on

today's episode, we will have my colleague from the athletic Peter Baugh. It feels like

it's been a while since Peter came on.

So I was talking to him the other day and I was like, hey, we should get you back on because

we haven't heard from you in a while. Obviously, him and I have been having a lot of conversations

off air, but I'm going to try to bring some of that on air as well, talk about a couple things

that he's working on, some things that I'm working on,

some things that we're working on together,

and maybe even find an area or two where we diverge a little bit, we'll say, in our opinion.

So we'll hear from Peter in a little bit.

It's been a good week for Rangers fans out there who prioritize winning and enjoying

these final few games.

Not so much for those of you who are draft watching and counting lottery balls and

believe that that is the biggest priority, making that pick in the upcoming draft
