We have with us today and the never-ending struggle to try to get more people on to apprise listeners and others about the dangers that are out there medically, even when you're being told that they're good for you.

And the gentleman that's on with us today is Dr. David Kennedy.

He is a dentist who has sunk his teeth fully into the issue of fluoride and how it is not good for us, as we are being told,

and it is extremely bad for us.

So coming from us on the left coast, Dr. Kennedy, thanks very much of being with us.

First of all, I think a lot of people might be surprised to hear that a dentist comes down on the side of fluoride is not a good thing.

Can you tell us the odyssey that you went through to come to that epiphany?

Well, you know, it was actually through the Mercury Odyssey.

I got into the issue of mercury fillings and joined the Academy of Oral Medicine toxicology.

I had a patient back in the late 70s, had a patient that recovered from almost a 20-year bout with multiple sclerosis.

And when I took her mercury fillings out, I didn't know anything about it.

I didn't do it right or anything else, but she still recovered.

And so I started looking at toxicology.

No dentist has ever been trained in toxicology.

It's a course that's not offered in dental school, but I had a background in biochemistry.
