Summary

On the morning of November 6th, 2001, a customer walked into a Florence, Montana hair salon. Just inside, she would make a shocking discovery.

Inside the salon, just waiting to be discovered, were the bodies of three women: 62-year old Dorothy Harris, 44-year old Brenda Patch, and 71-year old Cynthia Paulus. All three were the last you'd expect to find in the middle of a murder investigation.

Over the next two decades, the investigation would focus on a number of connections: an "oddly-dressed man" seen leaving the salon that morning; a similar murder that took place in Great Bend, Kansas; and finally, a local illegal narcotics operation. But to this day, the case remains unresolved...

0:00.0	On the morning of November 6th, 2001, a Tuesday, a customer pulled up to the parking lot of
0:19.3	a hair and nail salon.
0:21.4	This salon, called the Hair Gallery, was located off of Highway 93 in the small town of Florence,
0:28.7	Montana.
0:29.7	It was an isolated building, off of a regularly used but not quite busy highway in a small
0:35.2	and scenic area of Montana.
0:37.6	As this customer pulled into the parking lot, she saw an oddly dressed man walking out
0:42.5	of the hair gallery.
0:44.0	He was wearing a large black coat and what might have been a top hat, but he was leaving
0:48.3	through the shop's front door.
0:50.4	The customer made a mental note of this oddly dressed man, but continued pulling into
0:54.8	the parking lot.
0:56.0	She had a manicure appointment set up for 11 a.m. and that time was quickly approaching.
1:01.4	She parked, got out of her car, and began making her way to the back door of the hair gallery,
1:06.6	which she knew to be the main entrance.
1:09.3	When this customer walked in through the back door, she was horrified to discover a body
1:14.2	in the immediate walkway.
1:16.2	The body, which was lying face down, was unmistakably deceased.
1:21.3	The victim was lying in a pool of their own blood.
1:24.3	Unbeknownst to her, there were two more bodies located in that salon, but she would not
1:29.1	learn of that until later on, after the authorities had arrived to examine the scene.
