We talked last week about the motion before Judge Marshon in Manhattan brought by

Alvin Bragg. We now of course have Alvin Bragg's response to that which we'll

talk a little bit about today but really the other big thing that got filed, it got filed on Friday, was Mark Meadows, yeah,

blast from the past now, indicted in Georgia along with 17 others as part of that RICO conspiracy case has now petitioned for review in the Supreme Court for review of the 11th Circuit's denial of his motion to remove his case to federal court.

Remember, this is a Georgia state case

that he sought to have in federal court.
