Haley. I am just so into fall right now, guys. This is this episode is literally the perfect episode for anybody who

loves fall loves morning routines or is looking to improve their morning routine and feel

more of the fall season let's get straight to the weekly review this week i have been really

prioritized feeling better.

I've been home all week in San Diego, and I'm so excited just to get back on track,

but I really have been trying to take it slow.

As you know, my health has been up and down, but I'm feeling good and really ready to get back

and better than ever.

Another thing this week on the weekly recap is I went to Julian.

It's a cute small town in California, which is about like an hour away from San Diego.

Let me tell you, it is so cute.

They're known for their like famous pies, but it really just made me feel like fall and the leaves were orange

it was just so beautiful this year I'm really trying to make the conscious effort to be present

in the seasons and really embrace the seasons because fall and winter only come once and I really

do want to feel all the exciting holiday spirit that is in the air.

Another thing this week is I've been really trying to get fresh air, getting outside and really trying to touch base with nature.

And lastly, I have just been enjoying my time with the family.

As I've been home, it's been so nice to visit with my family and just feel a big

hug from everybody. But I'm ready to get back on track, which I'm very excited to this week.

Moving on to my current obsessions. My current obsession right now is iced tea, literally so good.

I'm burnt out from coffee and it's been almost three weeks
