Summary

In the summer of 1996, Bob Duke calls 911 after his wife and young son fall from a high cliff in the Flaming Gorge Reservoir in Green River, Wyoming. Their deaths are ruled an accident, but to investigators, the circumstances look suspicious. Three years later, an informant raises suspicions even further, and say that Bob Duke may be plotting a new scheme.
