0:51.4	But we did have significant breaking news since our last podcast. That would be the new
0:59.4	contract for Steve Sarkeesian, who we learned back on January 13th, would be getting a four-year
1:06.4	extension. Thanks to a regent's meeting that is going on probably right now as we speak.
1:14.4	The agenda for that meeting included details of Steve Sarkesian's contract, which will take
1:20.8	his salary from $5.8 million. He was scheduled to earn in 2024 to $10.3 million, putting him at number three among salaries for college football coaches behind Davosweeney at Clemson, who makes 10.8 million.
1:39.9	And Kirby Smart of Georgia, who makes 10.7 million.
1:46.2	Sarkeesian's 10.3 million will put him just ahead of Ohio States, Ryan Day, at 10.27
1:53.9	million.
1:55.8	You know, Eric, the timing could not have been better for Steve Sarkesian with Nick Saban retiring when he did at Alabama.
2:07.1	Because Steve Sarkesian was a candidate for that Alabama job.
2:12.6	That means leverage.
2:14.6	But 10.3 million.
