Feels good to be back with you, Chip.

It was a long vacation, but definitely a good one.

And it sounds like I didn't miss too much, right? I mean, slow and nothing going on around Texas time.

So obviously joking about that.

Right. I mean, we'll just get right into it because there's, I mean, we're still in the midst of it.

We're recording on Tuesday and everybody in college football, college athletics is now looking into the transfer portal and wondering what the bleep is going on because we've had some significant

developments. Obviously, Jordan Addison, the receiver from Pitt, sort of ignited this heightened

awareness of how NIL money is being used.

And it's certainly not the intent of what the legislation that was passed a year ago,

you know, had in mind when suddenly schools or their collectives.

And look, the coaching staff of that school has to be in on it to some degree because

a collective at USC is not just going to reach out to Jordan Addison at Pitt,

the Boletnikoff Award winning receiver and say, hey, how about you come to USC? We'll pay you X amount of

dollars without Lincoln Riley knowing what's going on. And so we've got this free agency that's

happening and it's impacted Texas. Schools came after some of Texas's top players,

including Xavier Worthy and Jodd A. Barron and Xavier Worthy sort of made it clear that he's
