the one and only Steve Wilfong.

Steve, how you doing?

How are you doing?

Well, just trying to keep up with everything.

Texas is one of the programs that kept me very busy in the 2023 cycle.

Hell of a class for the Longhorns here at Steve's

Archeson and company aiming for their second straight top five recruiting class as y'all

make the move to the SEC. More importantly, Chip, trying to compete for a national championship,

right? Yeah, I mean, you gotta stack them, right? I mean, put it into context what you saw from the Longhorns in 2020.

And then what stands out about what the Longhorns have committed in the 2020 class?

Well, it's a program that I thought improved this year, right?

And one that particularly improved on defense.

You know, you guys were 100 in total defense last year, 50 in total defense this year.

So I think Coach P.K. and them are doing a great job there, building up the foundation of this football team.

I think that a lot of young people played on offense.

And so, like, I would, when I would sweet good things about Texas last year,

best offensive line class in the country, top five class, there's a lot of

good things to say. You get all kinds of sarcasm in your mentions. Is Texas back Wilfong?

And it's just, no, man, they're playing 18 and 19 year olds. You know what I'm saying? But like,

give them time in the hopper to get developed, bring in some key transfers year and year out.
