What we're seeing here are, in some cases, some pretty extreme individuals coming through.

Obviously, you know, suggesting everyone is like this, but you're talking about a guy

who came through who had face tattoos, including tears at tattooed on his face.

When somebody tattooed a tear, it means that they have motored someone, and they are so

proud of having motored someone that they tattooed one tear on their face for every person

that they kill.
