Hello, everyone. I'm Dana Perino, along with Judgineen Piro, Harold Ford Jr., Jesse Waters

and Greg Gutfeld. It's five o'clock in New York City, and this is the five. America's

sporting events descending into anarchy and now sadly, death. Every week there are wild

scenes showing out of control, fans slugging it out. This past Sunday, there was a huge

brawl at the Houston Texans game. And another game this season between the Washington

commanders and Arizona cardinals, a man got charged with assault after a vicious beating.

And it's not just in the stands, a fight between San Francisco 49ers and Las Vegas

Raiders fans during the preseason ended with two people getting stabbed at a restaurant

right next to the stadium.

But now the violence has turned even more tragic. Police are investigating the death of

53-year-old Dale Mooney. He's in New England Patriot season ticket holder who witnesses

claim was beaten to death in the stands in Gillette Stadium after unallege altercation

with a Miami Dolphins fan. No charges have been filed yet as police wait on the results

of an autopsy, but here's a witness describing what happened.

That was kind of rowdy because you don't realize that somebody is about to die. We saw

a fan deliver two punches to the victim. Dolphins fan, he was running Dolphins jersey and

the victim kind of just slumped over at that point. Usually after 30 seconds they're going

to wake up and he just didn't move and about two minutes went by and I think that's

when everybody figured out that there was an issue. He kind of looked lifeless leaving.

It was definitely sad. Nobody goes to the game to witness a fight like that. It's such

a senseless way and you know what I mean, it could have been avoided by all parties.
