We are learning new details about the tragedy in New Orleans when a driver barreled his truck down crowded Bourbon Street,

killing 14 innocent victims, and injuring at least 30 more.

The FBI calling it an act of terrorism.

Let's go to Garrett Tenney, who is standing by in New Orleans with the very

latest, Garrett. Yeah, Kennedy, the focus of this investigation is shifting a bit. Now that the

FBI has determined this suspect acted alone and that there is no ongoing public safety threat,

investigators are now digging into how and when this suspect became

radicalized. We have learned that in the hours leading up to the attack, Shadam Sadin Jabbar

posted five videos to Facebook where he said he joined ISIS before last summer and revealed

that his original plan was to hurt his family and friends.

But he was worried that that kind of attack wouldn't generate news headlines on the

quote, war between the believers and the disbelievers.

Up until today, officials said they were very confident that other people were involved

in this attack and they were actively looking for accomplices.
