Sometimes we all get a little confused. Anyway, I did a poll on my Instagram, asking people what they wanted for the next topic of a podcast.

Would it be COVID or would it be fitness?

And fitness was favored.

And even though I am still sort of semi-obsessed over COVID and it's driving me mother effing crazy.

It's probably better for my mental health not to talk about it anymore.

And fitness is actually, this is a good segue because fitness is what I use to help myself when it comes to my mental health and to manage anxiety.

So just to give you a little background about my fitness history and my body history, maybe,

I've not always been as small as I am now.

I've always been fit, but since I became a mom,

I got skinnier post motherhood. Maybe that sounds kind of annoying. I don't know. It's just what

happened to me. And I think it happened for a number of reasons. I used to be a solid like 20 to 30 pounds heavier when I was playing college sports and when I was

younger. And I'm 5'10. So I was pretty much a beast, like really strong and solid, but a lot

bigger than I am now. And by the way, I was happy with my body then because even if I wasn't like slender, skinny,

I had a lot of confidence because I liked how strong I was.
