Shalhāsa'a. Dear brothers and sisters, tonight we come to the final companion from Al-Abaidila's

0:17.9

that we are covering. As I mentioned early on, that doesn't mean that

0:21.6

we won't cover another companion named Abdullah, but he is the fourth of these four young

0:27.5

companions around the Prophet, Sallulah, that practically documented the religion for us.

0:33.1

1:25.1

just to distinguish him from Abdullah bin Omar.

1:28.3

So a lot of times if you're reading English literature, they'll say,

1:31.3

Abdullah bin Umer, and they mean Abdullah bin al-Az, Radialli.

1:35.3

So he's another one of those companions that's kind of in the background,

1:38.3

but that has an outsized contribution to Islamic history and to Islamic literature and to many of the most

1:46.2

famous Ahadiah that we have today.
