young people, those of you that are single, God knows what you need in your life.

And if you hurry and if you make a mistake, you're going to get into a relationship that might destroy your life.

That's why God has given us His Word so that we can be obedient to the Word of God.

He gives us instruction. He's educating us so that we don't make the same mistakes of the past.

Today's lesson continues our series focused on the care and nurture of a healthy marriage.

You know, society says that our relationship with our spouse is disposable, but Roll will point to the very first union of a husband and wife to show us that divorce was never

God's plan. Stay with us for encouragement to honor your wedding vows and view your marriage

in the sacred light that God does. Here's Roll Reese in Genesis chapter 2, verse 18.

There are so many people divorcing, and there may be a lot of people here this morning

sitting and those listening through the radio that have been divorced or thinking of getting

a divorce or in the process of divorcing their husband or their wife. And yet if you're a Christian, the Bible is very specific.

And what I want to do is I wanted you to understand that what's in the past,

before we came to Christ, is buried, gone forever.

And when we become new creatures in Jesus Christ,

all things become brand new, and then we're held accountable

for our lives to give an answer to God one day.

And one of the things that just really blew me away is I was preparing for this weekend.

This whole week is watching and just really remembering how sacred marriage is.

And yet it's really important that we understand that if we're going to be Christians,

if we're going to be salt and light and we're going to be the church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
