Recently, we had my husband's cousin and family visiting from El Salvador.

We were discussing Bible stories, and his cousin's mother-in-law

mentioned the story of when Saul was sent out

to look for donkeys before he became king.

She thought it was so interesting that the man chosen as the first king of Israel was searching

for lost donkeys, something that might seem beneath him. Sometimes we may not understand why God asks us to do certain things.

But the moral of the story is,

go and look for the donkeys.

Sweet dreams. Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Relax your forehead and brow.

Unclench your jaw.

Deep breath in.

And exhale slowly.

Relax your shoulders. Tilt your head from side to side.

Feeling the stretch on the sides of your neck.
