Today's guest is Star Stone. Star is a comedian and theater artist whose new solo show

Clit Cult turns one of the most unsettling experiences of her life into something funny

and somehow cathartic. Before Star was on stage, she was part of

one taste. A company that marketed itself as a kind of sexual wellness movement centered around

something called orgasmic meditation, or as they called it, Oming. I got to say, after you find out what oming is, you are going to have a

really difficult time doing the normal kind of oming in yoga class. I had to om like normal

om, just oom at the end of yoga class today. And I couldn't stop thinking about what Oming meant in One Taste.

So that's a thing that's never going to leave your head.

Yeah.

Oming in the One Taste universe was a 15-minute practice where a partner stimulates a woman's clitoris in the name of mindfulness, healing, and connection.

And the overarching question, one of the many overarching questions here, is was one taste a cult?
