Today is a special episode, so let's dive right in. Hey friends. So 10 years ago in 2014, I recorded the very first episode of this podcast, and that was Healing Stories number one.

So I interviewed autoimmune warriors about their journeys from rock bottom to reclaiming a vital life.

And these were conversations I didn't hear on other podcasts, and I was really excited to create a space where people could share their stories with me and with anyone who wanted to listen.

In 2024, just last week,

the 11th Healing Stories episode went live. It's always been my favorite way to kick off a new year.

Today, I have an announcement. I've decided to retire from Phoenix Helix. It's a bittersweet decision, but also the right one for me.

And in today's episode, I want to celebrate the last 10 years and also tell you what's coming next.

So first, the celebration. Over the past decade, this podcast has been listened to over two million times.

We're actually approaching 3 million at this point, which is really awesome.

I recorded 230 full-length episodes featuring 349 guests on a wide range of topics related

to autoimmune health.

I also released 13 mindset minisodes

sharing favorite techniques from my book Healing Mindset. When I started this podcast, I had no

idea it would continue for a decade. It's been such an honor and a joy. Many of you have

told me over the years that my voice has been a comfort to you

during difficult times and that my podcast gave you hope. That means so much to me. And that was

always my mission and I am so grateful it's reached so many people. I want to reassure you that the

podcast archive will stay available for many years to come.
