Today is a special episode, so let's dive right in. Hey friends. So 10 years ago in 2014, I recorded the very first episode of this podcast, and that was Healing Stories number one.

So I interviewed autoimmune warriors about their journeys from rock bottom to reclaiming a vital life.

And these were conversations I didn't hear on other podcasts, and I was really excited to create a space where people could share their stories with me and with anyone who wanted to listen.

Today, I have an announcement. I've decided to retire from Phoenix Helix. It's a bittersweet decision, but also the right one for me.
