Hello and welcome to the Fighter Pilot podcast.

My name is Vincent Ayelo, I am a retired U.S. Navy fighter pilot and the founder and host

of this, the internet show that explores the fascinating world of air combat, the aircraft,

the weapon systems, and as we always like to say, most importantly, the people.

For our first five years, we were an audio only show, but beginning in January 2023,

we pivoted to a video format available exclusively on the Fighter Pilot Podcast YouTube channel,

with audio versions still available on our podcast feed.

New episodes air just about every Friday and feature expert guests who cover a wide range

of military aviation-related topics, such as what it was like being a blue angel pilot

when the demonstration team flew the F4 Phantom, or how military aviation is sure to change

in the future with the implementation of artificial intelligence and distributed propulsion
