I'm Hillary Priests. I'm the head teacher at the Grove School in Tottnessin Devon.

So we actually introduced Marco to the kids on the first day of

school in January and said this is your new chef and we told them all about how it

worked in Michelin's restaurant, how he's gonna hand- his own pizza, and I mean the kids were

sold almost immediately. And we did taste sessions and we invited parents in and they

were so excited. We had such a really lovely feedback.
