A much hotter than expected inflation reports, shocking markets and even the Fed.

And we pay more for everything we buy in every store, more for heating, more for cooling our homes. Who wins here?

The bad guy is in the enemies of America.

They're just so delightfully unhinged.

I like this metaphor, like inflation as the Yellowstone Supervolcano, the Yellowstone called Dara.

We've all been hearing about it for so long and now it's finally exploding.

If you watch enough CNBC, you'll see the story about inflation play out in a bunch of different ways.

As a story about worried investors and CEOs, as a personal finance story.

From Wall Street to Main Street to Washington, everyone is talking about inflation,

which is having a really loud call. I want to pick apart the way the inflation story is being

told right now by talking about this segment I saw on CNBC. They had a reporter go out and see

how inflation is impacting you day to day.

The average gourmet coffee drink is $4.85 up 8% compared to last year.

You then go buy some orange juice, which is up 21% in the past two years due to tighter supplies

in the United States and Mexico. Is that fair?

What's really frustrating about all of the examples you just gave is that all of those are things
