I mean, not just listening to this podcast. I mean, on this planet, here shining your light, showing up as the one and only you that has ever or will ever exist.

I don't think enough people get how special they really are.

And I'm guessing if you're anything like a lot of women I talk to,

you might be one of them. I know I'm one of them on any given day. If I am stuck in any of my stuff

or seeing life with a limited perspective, I forget what a big world there is. I forget how many

ways there are to do life. I forget how much transformation can actually take place. And,

you know, technology is a blessing, but one of the ways it's not is the way that it keeps us insular, isolated, sitting down, stuck behind our computers, staying at home.

I was talking to one of my private clients, and she's in my mastermind too today.

And she's like, I went on a date last night.

And she's like, the date wasn't great.

But what was great was getting out of the house.

It really showed me I got to get out of the house more often.
