| 1:15.2 | vandalism and that sort of stuff but the prudent way to handle it would have been to |
| 1:20.5 | have some of that equipment nearby but in the trunks of cars. |
| 1:26.3 | The problem was is they brought out their heavy weaponry at the very beginning before |
| 1:30.8 | there had been any problems. |
| 1:33.0 | And when they started shooting tear gas, |
| 1:36.0 | that made a bad situation worse. |
