Summary
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2:
- According to Special Counsel John Durham’s report, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) not only improperly investigated Donald Trump but also used much higher standards when considering investigations into Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
- According to Special Counsel John Durham’s report, “FBI records prepared by [former FBI agent Peter] Strzok in February and March 2017 show that at the time of the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI had no information in its holdings indicating that at any time during the campaign anyone in the Trump had been in contact with any Russian intelligence officials.” You can read more about the Durham report here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-john-durhams-years-long-investigation-into-trump-russia-collusion-investigators-is-over
- Despite finding that the FBI did not have sufficient reason for investigating the 2016 Donald Trump campaign, MSNBC’s political correspondent Sara Murray claimed the Durham report was not evidence of a corrupt “deep state.” Meanwhile, MSNBC contributor—and formal Obama Administration official—Andrew Weissmann bizarrely called the report a “big fat nothing.”
- While appearing on CNN’s State of the Union with Dana Bash, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed that illegal border crossings at the U.S. southern border are “markedly down” since Thursday—with 6,300 crossings on Friday and 4,200 on Saturday. Interestingly, in 2019, former Obama Administration Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said 1,000 illegal border crossings per day would “overwhelm” the country.

| 1:09.5 | Obviously, this is coming out now, but as I can tell, the CIA knew that Hillary Clinton's campaign was trying to push this Russia collusion narrative. |
| 1:20.5 | They knew that from Russia, and they briefed Obama and the administration and Biden and on this, and then they went with it. |

| 1:33.0 | In fact, they perpetuated it. They perpetuated the idea that Russia collusion was real. |
| 1:41.0 | And by having the government in on it, they, of course, gave it the absolute facade of being real. |
| 1:47.5 | And why would the government be in on this if it wasn't real? And what they did was they made Donald Trump appear to be somebody who was under the influence of Vladimir Putin. |
| 1:59.5 | He never was. He never was. We know that. We know that. And we know that from just common sense, but we also know this from these incredibly, incredibly expensive investigations. |
| 2:12.5 | At the direction of deputy director Andrew McCabe, deputy assistant director for counterintelligence Peter Strozak, at a minimum had pronounced hostile feelings toward Trump. |
| 2:21.5 | The matter was open as a full investigation without ever having spoken to the persons who, I'm sorry, I'm just waiting for this to change as a full investigation about speaking to the persons that provided the information. |
