I've seen fire and I've seen rain.

I've seen sunny days that thought they never ran. Exactly four weeks ago today, I signed the Inflation Reduction Act in the law.

A single most important legislation passed in the Congress to combat inflation

and one of the most significant laws in our nation's history in my view.

We're going to lower prescription drug costs, lower health insurance costs, lower energy costs

for millions of families.

Today offers proof that the soul of America is vibrant, the future of America is bright, and the promise of America

is real.

It is real, it is real.

Together, we'll champion investments that lift all American working families, provide

for the future for our kids.

I know it's been a hard few years in this country.

The challenge we face are among the most difficult in history. But I have to tell you, as I stand here today, and a lot of you know me well, I am more optimistic than I've ever been in my entire life about America's future.

We just have to remember who we are.

We are the United States of America.

There is nothing, nothing, nothing we've ever set our mind to,

nothing that we've not been able to accomplish,

nothing beyond our capacity.

So if I've been walking my mind to hear to accomplish. Nothing beyond our capacity.
