| 0:58.0 | Oh boy that is a big one isn't it being Being judged is something that is a tricky place to be when you |
| 1:06.2 | want to express yourself or when you want to show up in a certain way but there's a piece of |
| 1:11.0 | you that's feeling insecure or small or concerned about what other people |
| 1:16.9 | might think, what other people's perceptions of you are and can really get out of control. |

| 1:28.0 | whether it's EFT tapping or breathing exercises or any of the other tools that we've talked about in several of our Slayer sessions. |
| 1:37.3 | But the thing I think that I need to bring up is that this is very much a normal feeling for probably a majority of |
| 1:50.0 | our listeners and I would guess the majority of the population of the world that we have these |
| 1:55.9 | moments where we're afraid of what the perception is of our behavior, of our choices, of how we show up. |
| 2:03.0 | And the best thing that you can do is look at that insecurity and look at that piece of you that is afraid and see it, acknowledge it, breathe into it, give it some love and then |
