First, we've got a man who pretended to be someone else for three decades.

Well, he loses his appeal in federal court.

And that case was too good to not break down for you.

Then a Montana woman finds herself in trouble with the law for two very different reasons.

Both of them kind of pathetic on her part and really damaging to her victims and potential victims.

And then we've got an update to the murder of Celeste Revis and another update to our missing and dead scientists.

Now I happened to stumble on this case via TikTok and I couldn't pass it up.

The decades of lying that have finally been proven and now upheld in a court of law. So let's get into this roller coaster ride. We've got two

players here. First, Matthew David Kearns. He was born in January of 1966 in California. Raised by

adoptive parents who both passed away, he then left home at

16 or 17. The reporting is a little bit different depending on where you look, and he never graduated

high school. He racked up arrests in California, Kentucky, and New Mexico under his real name,
