Welcome back. We can just go ahead and bring David on as well. It's Monday morning and David I want to celebrate something before we get started and that is we just had a huge win.

Huge win.

It's not as huge as I would like it to be,

but I want to start here if we can.

There was an announcement that was made, David, that President Trump does have immunity

as a president acting in his capacity, which is going to probably interfere with Jack Smith's case.

It is and I've been reveling with the

traveling trolls on truth and Twitter just loving every second of it. And so this follows a you know a triumphant weekend for

you know several reasons you first you had the 1512 c2 charge dropped which was the most significant against the j6ers

So there are many screams and shrieks from the radical left then you had the decision dealing with Chevron deference which is just

like taking a you know a hatchet to the administrative state weakens them in 400 plus agencies, and now you've got the

presidential immunity case today.

So the last 72 hours have been wonderful.

Including the ATF and the Chevron deal was a big deal because it includes the ATF

includes any body that is trying to limit constitutional freedoms without authority, without going through legislative authority to pass laws.

So it does a lot, but I want to talk about this really quick. The Supreme Court on Monday raised the bar for prosecuting President Donald Trump ruling that he has

immunity for some of his conduct as president in the federal election interference case.

Now it says that he has some immunity, but actually after reading part of what they've released,

it looks like nothing that Jack Smith has will be able to stand.
