hashtag no filter because so one I celebrated my 26th birthday over the weekend.

But I kind of had a moment today, where I realized if I'm going to be hashtag no filter and I'm going to put it all out there

then I kind of need to put it all out there and I realize that yes I talked candidly about my dating life and my

relationships and you know all the crazy shit that I do all throughout the week

but I figured there was an other side of pulling back the curtain

and being unfiltered that you know I haven't always talked about or I very lightly brushed on, but today I wanted to talk about it.

I wanted to really kind of just open up about Father's Day because we had Father's Day over the weekend and I want to dedicate this episode to

everyone that may have had a really challenging Father's Day. I think if you had a great Father's day and you saw your dad and you got to you

know hug him and be with your family I think that's incredible and you know in

some cases that can be really rare.
