Well, the court is back in session and unveiled a new rule.

They are allowing advocates to speak for two whole minutes before any of the justices are purportedly allowed to ask questions.

So this week was the first week of argument and the justices were trying out their new rule.

Yeah, it's kind of unheard of because usually it's Codas cases, you know, the justices jump right in with questions right off the bat.

that Justice Sotomayor would break this rule on the first day because she's notorious for
