I spend many weekends every single year out on the road traveling and speaking to audiences ranging on topics from marriage to politics and one of the things that I have noticed over the last probably

decade that has increased with every year is the question that women ask me about leadership in their home lots of women frustrated because they want to see their husband step up

and be the spiritual leaders in their home and yet the culture has devalued in a masculine or men to the point where we're not having productive conversations anymore well my guest today is Steve Demi he is the founder of building faith families and a very dear friend of mine
