Joe Friedberg passed away yesterday afternoon after a battle with cancer.

Fearless, fascinating, friend to the show, friend, we are losing too many of our finest right now.

And then Mark Rosen after that, K-Fan, of course, so sad, Joe was an original.

Joe Friedberg was a very good friend of mine. I did not he had died nobody had let me know that but he died yesterday afternoon so I suppose it's about as early as I was going to find out anyway but we used to get together with Joe at a place what's that Italian place again up by Louise place down in Florida I have no idea oh what Oh, what is that place called? It's really, really good.

But we used to get together with Joe Friedberg, his lovely wife, and have dinner down there,

on vacation or whatever, dinner up here.

Joe was a really good friend of Ron Rosenbaum and people like that.
